At Apollo Bath, we pride ourselves on fostering a team filled with dedicated and inspiring individuals who are the heart of our operations. This month, we\u2019re excited to introduce <\/span>Beth Mendlik<\/b>, our new <\/span>Customer Success<\/b> representative who brings 30 years of retail management experience and a fresh perspective to Apollo Bath.<\/span><\/p>\n

Beth joined the Apollo Bath family just three weeks ago<\/b> and has quickly become an integral part of our team. While she may be new to the manufacturing and healthcare industries, Beth\u2019s extensive background in customer service and management makes her a perfect fit for her role in ensuring customer satisfaction. Transitioning to a new industry after such a long tenure in retail was driven by Beth\u2019s desire for a fresh challenge. She knew it was time for a change, and Apollo Bath presented the perfect opportunity for her to grow and take on something new.<\/span><\/p>\n

When asked about her motivation, <\/span>Beth immediately credits her family<\/b>\u2014her husband Rob and their two sons, Wyatt and Kasyn. Their support and inspiration push her to excel each day, both at work and in life.<\/span><\/p>\n

Outside of Apollo Bath<\/b>, Beth enjoys spending time at her sons’ sporting events, including football, baseball, basketball, and trapshooting. In her downtime, she also loves reading and gardening\u2014activities that provide her with balance and relaxation.<\/span><\/p>\n

Since joining Apollo Bath, <\/span>Beth has felt warmly welcomed and supported<\/b> by her colleagues. This inclusive and encouraging environment has made her transition smoother, and she looks forward to learning more in her role and growing with the company.<\/span><\/p>\n

Beth is excited for the years ahead with Apollo Bath, and we are thrilled to have her as part of the team. <\/span>Her advice for new hires?<\/b> “Everyone here has been incredibly welcoming, and if you\u2019re joining the Apollo team, you\u2019ll find the same support and encouragement that I did.”<\/span><\/p>\n
