At Apollo Bath, our success is built on the dedication, creativity, and passion of our team members. This month, we\u2019re excited to highlight Mark Snyder, a valued member of our production crew who has been with Apollo Bath for an incredible 17 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mark joined Apollo Bath 17 years ago, bringing his expertise and passion for creating high-quality systems that improve lives. As part of the production crew, Mark\u2019s role is integral to building the innovative bathing systems Apollo Bath is known for. \u201cThe most fulfilling part of my job is building systems that help residents have a positive bathing experience,\u201d Mark shares.<\/span><\/p>\n

Outside of work, Mark is a passionate Adult Fan of LEGO (AFOL) with an impressive collection of Star Wars LEGO sets. He\u2019s also a devoted Green Bay Packers fan, balancing his love for creativity with his enthusiasm for football.<\/span><\/p>\n

Mark is inspired by the impact his work has on the lives of others, particularly veterans. \u201cKnowing that the tubs we build are going to facilities to give people a positive and comfortable experience, especially for military veterans, makes me want to make sure every tub is made perfect and looks perfect for the residents.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Mark appreciates Apollo Bath\u2019s open-minded culture, which encourages innovation and continuous improvement. \u201cEveryone here is willing to listen to opinions and ideas to grow and make our products better. The open-mindedness here is pretty awesome.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

He describes the Apollo Bath team as close-knit and supportive, likening it to a family. \u201cEveryone here gets along on a real friendship level. People are always willing to help each other if needed, and the culture here is very close-knit.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

Mark plans to continue contributing to Apollo Bath until the day he retires, leaving behind a legacy of dedication and excellence. His advice for new team members is simple yet impactful: \u201cIf you work hard, have a positive attitude, a good sense of humor, and a strong work ethic, you will fit right in here and feel most welcome.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
